I want to know how the collection time is specified for Amazon Shipping and where to enter details in Linnworks.
Solution
Collection times are no longer specified directly in Linnworks. Instead, here is how it works:
- Before printing labels in Linnworks, you need to specify collection times directly on the Amazon end.
- After the completion of the first step and once you start printing in Linnworks, all label requests will use the current time when the label is printed to determine the shipping date sent to Amazon.
- Amazon then uses this shipping date to calculate the collection date and time per your set-up.
