Problem

I have tried printing a DPD shipping label/adding a DPD shipping integration and am seeing an error returned:

(401) Unauthorized 

Solution

The error message can occur in two cases:

• Incorrect credentials are entered in Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > DPD Config. Ensure DPD credentials match those used to log in to the DPD portal.

• The password contains special characters (e.g., -, =, >). The DPD API only accepts letters and numbers in the password. Change the password in DPD and update it in Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > DPD Config.

If the password was updated in the config but the error remains, please contact Linnworks support to revoke the daily access token.
