Problem
When attempting to print labels for (New) Amazon Shipping integration, the following error message appears:
Error: Insured value must be greater than 0 for non Amazon orders.
Solution
Insured Value can be 0 only for Amazon orders. Non-Amazon orders must have an Insured Value specified, which can be done on the service level or on the integration level.
Please review the resolution steps below based on the setting options picked:
1. Insured Value for Non-Amazon Orders at the integration level:
- Go to Shipping > Integrations > Config for the required (New) Amazon Shipping integration.
- Scroll down to the Insured Value section.
- Now you can specify the Insured Value that shall be applicable to all Shipping Services for this integration.
2. Insured Value for Non-Amazon Orders at the service level:
- Go to Shipping > Integrations > Edit Services for the required (New) Amazon Shipping integration.
- Edit the Service in question.
- Now you can specify the Insured Value that shall be applicable only to the Shipping Service in question. This option is useful if the Insured Value should be different for each Shipping Service in the integration.
