Linnworks Mobile uses the same permissions structure as Linnworks itself. Without any permissions set for the login, the user will not have access to any functionality of Linnworks Mobile, while an Account Holder is automatically granted access to all features. Let's examine each feature and how to set appropriate permission to access specific bits of Linnworks Mobile functionality.

Dispatch Console

  • System > Order Book > Dispatch Console
  • System > Order Book > Get Order Details


Pickwave

  • System > Order Book > Open orders > Pickwaves
  • System > Order Book > Open orders > Pickwaves > View All Pickwaves - allows the user to view all Pickwaves and have access to Pickwave current state dashboard in Linnworks

Stock Count

  • System > Inventory > Stock Take > Rolling Stock Take
  • System > Inventory > Warehouse Management  - only top-level node, no need for any subnodes


Stock In

  • System > Inventory > My Inventory - only toplevel
  • System > Stock control > Stock Read
  • System > Stock control > Stock Write (and all its subnodes) 


For WMS location you will also need:

  • System > Inventory > Warehouse Management  - only top-level node, no need for any subnodes

For booking stock in for a PO you will need:

  • System > Purchase Orders > Deliver Purchase Orders
  • System > Purchase Orders > Search Purchase Orders
  • System > Purchase Orders > View purchase order details
  • System > Purchase Orders



Stock Item View

To view:

  • System > Inventory > My Inventory

To edit details:

  • System > Inventory > Stock Control > Stock Write > Change Stock Item Details

To edit non-batched item Bin/racks:

  • System > Inventory > Stock Control > Stock Write > Change Stock Items Bin/Rack 

To edit batched item Bin/Racks 

  • System > Inventory > Stock Control > Stock Write > Change Stock Item Details


Stock Move (WMS only)

  • System > Warehouse Management 
  • System > Warehouse Management > Stock Move


Sales Dashboard

  • System > Dashboards > Primary Dashboards
