You can export all your order data into a CSV file for various needs and further imports. Data exports are categorized by type to control the nature of the export. This way data that can be grouped by the nature of similar content can be output using a single export. It is possible to create scheduled or one-time exports to Dropbox or FTP/SFTP.
Order Exports
Export allows pulling information relating to all open orders.
Export allows exporting information relating to all canceled orders within Linnworks.
Export allows you to export information relating to all processed orders within Linnworks.
Inventory related exports
Export allows you to export information relating to stock items held in the Linnworks inventory. It is possible to control which items are included through the use of filters that are available to be set on specific columns such as Category.
Export allows exporting information relating to the level and location of your inventory items (both batched and unbatched). This export can include batch data such as Sell by and Expiry date allowing you to retrieve reports on items that you need to promote ensuring you have the best chance to sell them. It is possible to control which items are included through the use of filters that are available to be set on specific columns such as Batch Status.
Export allows exporting information relating to the child items that make up composite items in the Linnworks inventory.

The Inventory Suppliers Export allows you to export information relating to supplier information related to a Linnworks inventory item. It is possible to control which items are included through either the use of the Export column or by adding additional columns containing expressions.

Channel data exports
- Channel Items Export
Export linked channel items with the channel SKUs, Source, Subsource, and other info available in the mapping screen.
- Channel Items (with channel locations)
Export linked channel items with the channel SKUs, Source, Subsource, and other info available in the mapping screen including channel locations.
Fulfillment Center
Export is specifically used for fulfillment centers and can only be created using FC Automation functionality. However, it can be configured and deleted from the Export Data screen
Custom
Export type allows a user to run an SQL query written by either the Linnworks Scripting Team or a third party. Such queries are termed reports, and allow a customer to request specific, agreed information in a particular format.
Exports cannot be done directly to PC however, there is an alternative available in Dashboards > Query Data. Query data dashboard contains a set of reports allowing you to analyze and summarise data stored about your inventory and order information. These reports can be downloaded directly to your PC.
