At Linnworks, we’re committed to helping you get the most out of the platform. Whether you’re learning a new feature, refreshing your knowledge, or exploring more advanced workflows, we offer a combination of self-serve learning and guided training support.
Self-Serve Training (Recommended First Step)
We strongly recommend starting with our free training platform, available to you and your team.
These platforms are designed to:
- Help you learn at your own pace
- Cover core workflows and best practices
- Provide structured guidance across different areas of Linnworks
This is often the quickest way to find answers and build confidence using the system.

One-to-One Training & Guidance
If you need additional support, you can request a 1-to-1 session with our Customer Success Team.
How to Request:
- Log in to your Linnworks account
- Submit a support ticket titled: “Training session booking”
- Include a brief description of what you’d like to cover
What to Expect
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Once your request is received, the team will first schedule a discovery call to:
- Understand your current setup and workflows
- Review your use of Linnworks
- Identify your goals and challenges
In many cases, this initial session is enough to:
- Clarify the correct approach
- Provide guidance on best practices
- Help you confidently move forward with the next steps
Step 2: Additional Support Session
- If needed, we’ll schedule up to 1 additional hour of follow-up sessions at no extra cost.
These are included as part of our commitment to support you and ensure you feel confident moving forward.
Step 3: Additional Sessions
- If your requirements go beyond the included sessions, further training can be arranged at:
- £150 / $200 per hour + VAT
The primary aim of each session is to empower you to use Linnworks independently, reducing the need for future external support. We'll walk you through specific areas of the platform, demonstrate best practices, and answer your questions in real-time.
