Amazon Throttling is a status that is placed on your Amazon account by Amazon.
It usually occurs when a user is making too many calls to Amazon within a short time frame. Throttling is the process of limiting the number of requests you can submit in a given amount of time. A request can be when you submit an inventory feed or when you make an order report request. Throttling protects the web service from being overwhelmed with requests and ensures all authorized developers have access to the web service.
In your Automation logs, throttling would be indicated with Request is throttled.
If you come across any issues with Amazon throttling, please contact Linnworks Technical Support by raising a ticket via our Support Center.
