You can request your profile cancellation via Linnworks.net. The screen's location differs depending on your Subscription plan.

Step 1:

a) For user-based plans:

Linnworks.net > User menu > Billing > Request Cancel

b) For order-based plans:

Linnworks.net > User menu > Billing > scroll to View Invoices

This leads you to the Invoices page, where you can click Request Cancel.

Step 2:

Clicking Request Cancel  will open a popup with the Profile Cancel Request form:

Complete the form and click Request Profile Cancel. Our team will be notified and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
